Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst focused on managing and optimizing the SuccessFactors system. Their main responsibilities will be to analyze requirements manage agile processes and ensure the continuous delivery of value in strategic areas. The position will be held for a specific period with a focus on digital transformation and support for the Human Resources operation.
Qualifications :
Requirements/Profile:
- 5 years experience as a Business Analyst preferably in projects/systems related to Human Resources processes.
- Solid practical knowledge of the SuccessFactors system
- Practical experience in agile methodologies (Scrum kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems with a strong orientation towards results.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical and business requirements clearly as well as stakeholder management in dynamic environments.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken) MANDATORY.
We value:
- Certification as an Agile Business Analyst or equivalent.
- Experience in digital transformation projects and integrating SuccessFactors systems.
- Knowledge of systems integration and digital process optimization.
