Where youll work:
Quertaro Technical Center (Parque ODonnell) On Site
What youll do:
Executes disciplinary measures.
Execute PIPs when applicable.
To execute termination of contract termination or resign and to carry out exit interview surveys.
Actively collaborate prepare and implement local training and development programs (ex. Leadership Academy).
Lead orientation and onboarding activities.
Local Activities for retention and work environment.
Analyze market data (Turnover absenteeism). Support internal and external audits.
Manage labor relations concerns and/or inquiries (if applicable).
Oversee the mentoring program for the facility.
Support the HR Manager with all HR Programs.
What is required:
Bachelors Degree in Administration Psychology or related.
35 Years Of Experiencein similar roles in HR.
Advanced English skills
Labor Relations knowledge and experience is a must (LFT & Union).
TRESS System andIATFTraining knowledge
