Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Manager

Job Location: Hyderabad Telangana India

The Inside Sales Manager at Aragen will drive inside sales activities enhance account and contact mapping and ensure seamless lead generation processes to support the commercial team. The role involves managing and mentoring an existing inside sales team while contributing individually to achieve organizational goals.


Scope of the Role

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead mentor and manage a highperforming inside sales team.
  • Recruit onboard train and develop inside sales representatives to meet organizational standards.
  • Set individual and team performance goals and provide regular feedback to ensure growth and alignment.
  • Create an open collaborative environment to foster effective communication and teamwork.


Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to support leadgeneration targets and pipeline generation for the commercial team.
  • Research potential accounts in the pharma biotech crop protection and related industries using tools such as LinkedIn GlobalData and ZoomInfo.
  • Design and execute customized email campaigns and multichannel followups to engage prospects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop industryspecific collaterals presentations and brochures.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM and other automation tools to manage leads track progress and streamline processes.


Customer Relationship Management:

  • Act as the first point of contact for prospect inquiries presenting Aragen's service offerings persuasively.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and longterm engagement.
  • Coordinate meetings between prospects and business development representatives for seamless transitions.


Operational Excellence:

  • Continuously optimize inside sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure CRM systems are uptodate with accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Provide administrative support for business development teams and communicate customer feedback to relevant departments.


Performance Reporting:

  • Deliver weekly monthly and quarterly performance reports to the leadership team.
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends improve strategies and drive revenue growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm) or a related field.
  • MBA in Marketing or a related specialization is highly desirable.


Experience:

  • 58 years in inside sales with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in domestic and international sales including upselling and crossselling.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Experience with data analytics for decisionmaking and process optimization.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Leadership capabilities with a focus on team building and mentorship.
  • Analytical mindset with a high level of attention to detail.
