We are looking for our next Group Estates Manager! You will be joining Ranks Estates team in this fieldbased role where you will be responsible for all aspects of the Groups UK property affairs.
You will be responsible for managing property leases rents rates service charges and insurance for all Group sites as well as negotiating new leases regears surrenders exits and dilapidation claims.
Overseeing parking arrangements and maximise revenue opportunities across the estate including sublets and telecommunications sites. In addition to maintaining and updating the Estate Management database reviewing the Groups estate to identify and action value realisation opportunities and providing annual budgets and forecast costs to support the finance function.
