Job Description
CyberArk is seeking a Senior Database Administratorlooking to bring their knowledge excitement and energy to the team. What you will do:
Deployment and management automation of cloudbased infrastructure and software
Automate database provisioning scaling and management using InfrastructureasCode (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation Ensuring cloudbased architecture meets availability and recoverability requirements
Architecture and implementation of cloudbased monitoring alertingand reporting DatadogCloudWatch ELK Grafana
Work closely with AWS Cloud Engineers to design and implement database solutions that align with SaaS architecture
Develop tools to enable teams for greater output and reliability.
Develop and enforce SRE best practices by defining and tracking key reliability metrics such as SLOs SLIs to ensure system resilience and operational excellence

Qualifications :
B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5 years of experience as a Database Administrator preferably in a SaaS or cloudbased environment.
Handson experience with AWS database services (e.g. RDS Aurora DynamoDB Redshift).
Proven experience with relational databases (e.g. MySQL PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB Cassandra).
Experience with database performance tuning backup/recovery and highavailability solutions.
Familiarity with InfrastructureasCode (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
Solid understanding/experience of containerization services such as Docker
Working knowledge of opensourcetools such as Terraform Grafana Logstash Elasticsearch Ansible
Solid understanding/experience of web services databases and relating infrastructure/architectures
Solid understanding of backup/restore best practices
Strong level of expertiseprogramming in Java / Python/Golang or equivalent language
Excellent Troubleshooting Skills
Experience supporting an enterpriselevel SaaS environment
Experience with monitoring tools like AWS CloudWatch Prometheus or Datadog.

The salary range for this position is $119000 $165000/year plus commissions or discretionary bonus which will be based on the employees performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical dental vision financial and other benefits.
