Senior Process Associate
JOB PURPOSE:
The Senior Process Associate is a position with a focus on executing both operational and nonoperational tasks. The role involves adherence to compliance policies implying a need for attention to detail training on specific tasks and a commitment to following established guidelines.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Expertise in handling Master Data process:
- Requires a deep understanding of Master Data Management principles and compliance standards relevant to the industry.
- Involves managing and processing requests received through Master Data Governance (MDG) and email within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Addressing and resolving queries received in a generic mailbox within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Collaborating with different working groups globally to address and resolve queries.
- Handling variations in workload and ensuring support during peak periods managing additional volumes efficiently.
- Streamlining processes and improving relationships with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in MDM
- Offering ongoing support to ensure seamless business operations within or outside the Global Business Services center in India (GBSIN).
- Focusing on maintaining the quality of data to meet the needs of both the specific line of business and the overall organization.
- Education: Graduate or postgraduate degree required
- Experience : Minimum 34 years of professional experience in SourcetoPay (S2P) OrdertoCash (O2C) RecordtoReport (R2R) or General Services. Master Data Management experience is an added advantage
- Analytical and ProblemSolving Skills: Possesses a strong analytical mindset and logical approach with expertise in resolving complex datarelated issues
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Mgmt.: Demonstrates the ability to collaborate effectively deliver value to customers and nurture strong positive relationships
- Good Communication Skills: Exhibits outstanding verbal and written communication capabilities to ensure clarity and understanding
- Accountability and Ownership: Takes full responsibility for tasks demonstrating a proactive approach and commitment to delivering highquality results
