Job Title: ERP Specialist / Customer Service
Location: Remote (PST Time zone)
Salary Range: up to 1500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday Friday 2:00 AM to 10:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detailoriented ERP Specialist / Customer Service professional to support our largest customer. This role requires a proactive approach to managing data processing purchase orders and ensuring customer satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders remotely and maintain accurate records.
- Export and analyze database information using Excel identifying discrepancies or required updates.
- Update customer databases with comments and changes.
- Ensure all activities comply with company standards and customer expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel including basic formula functions and data analysis.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Experience with customer online databases is a plus.
- Able to work independently meet deadlines and doublecheck work.
- Capable of passing a background check.
NicetoHaves:
- Familiarity with PDF editing software such as Adobe or Bluebeam.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and Outlook email.
