Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team for various projects. In this role you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in German.
  • Assist with product information order processing and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience.
  • Document customer interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent in one of the following languages : German French Italian or Flemish (written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
