Responsibilities:
Technical and Executive duties:
- Develop and distribute group exercise schedules ensuring efficient trainer allocation for optimal resource utilization.
- Analyze class attendance and demand to determine the required number of trainers enhancing overall club performance.
- Adjust trainer schedules as needed in case of absences ensuring seamless gym operations.
- Monitor trainers attendance and ensure they have the necessary equipment uniforms and tools in compliance with company policies.
- Oversee the condition of fitness equipment and promptly report any malfunctions to management for timely resolution.
- Research global fitness trends and propose innovative training techniques to keep the gym at the forefront of the industry.
- Provide fitness guidance and training to members as needed enhancing their experience and retention.
- Conduct training programs for newly hired trainers to maintain standardized training methods and highquality service.
- Track and report all fitnessrelated activities to management identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Evaluate trainers performance through class observations to ensure quality and consistency in training delivery.
- Supervise lifeguards and monitor swimming pool safety ensuring a secure environment for all members.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support gym operations and member satisfaction.
Administrative & Leadership Duties:
- Conduct regular team meetings to ensure clear communication of priorities and smooth workflow.
- Prepare reports on unit activities achievements and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies guidelines and operational decisions.
- Evaluate team performance and recommend necessary actions for improvement.
- Identify training needs for staff and assess the effectiveness of training programs in collaboration with the HR department.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as tracking employee attendance leaves and other HRrelated matters.
- Appoint a deputy to manage responsibilities in the event of absence.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Sports Science Kinesiology or any related field
Minimum 5 years in a related field
