Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the primary point of contact for customers in a rapidly growing selfstorage company. This fully remote fulltime contract position requires someone with a friendly compassionate demeanor strong English communication skills and a critical thinking ability to resolve customer issues. The ideal candidate will be driven to contribute to a dynamic team make a meaningful impact and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers answering inquiries and providing excellent service.
  • Problem Resolution: Actively engage with customers to resolve issues and answer questions ensuring satisfaction.
  • Issue Management: Identify customer needs provide solutions and follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Communication: Handle email chat and phone communications in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Task Ownership: Handle customer service tasks with minimal supervision independently resolving issues as they arise.


Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Exceptional English communication skills (written and spoken) are required.
  • Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service or related fields is a plus but not required.
  • Skills: Proficiency with Google Suite and experience using Slack ClickUp and Notion are desirable.
  • Attributes: Ability to think critically solve problems and work independently in a fastpaced environment.
  • TechSavvy: Comfortable working with various software tools and technologies.


NicetoHaves:

  • Familiarity with Notion CallRail Slack and ClickUp.
  • Previous experience in property management or selfstorage facilities.
