Job Description
Job Title: Permanent Director of Rehab (DOR)
Location: Pittsfield MA 01201
Pay rate: $80558 $92560/yearly
Duration: Full time
Shift: 8:00 AM : 4:30 PM
Schedule: 40 hours/week Monday Friday
- Preferred Disciplines: Physical Therapist (PT) Speech Therapist (ST)
- May Consider: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
(Only for US Citizens)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department.
- Develop and implement policies procedures and programs for the department.
- Supervise and provide leadership to rehab staff including hiring training and performance evaluations.
- Ensure highquality patient care and adherence to best practices and regulatory standards.
- Manage departmental budget resources and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Physical Therapy Occupational Therapy or SpeechLanguage Pathology.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Valid state and therapist license (PT OT or SLP) and proven experience in rehabilitation management. Required
