We are looking for an independent and responsible individual to join us as our Talent Executive. We are looking for a highly adaptable person who has good interpersonal skills to build rapport and connect with influencers all over the world. This role will serve as a liaison between the talent management department and other departments answering their questions and relaying needs from one to the other for business collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Discover and source new talent for company initiatives or recruitment efforts in global markets
Research and provide talent suggestions from hosts to esports athletes to digital influencers and other experts to support objectives.
Assist production by identifying talent content themes locations trends and popular gaming events to produce the featured content.
Draft/ negotiate talent contracts coordinating with team members talent representation and brands.
Have strong and applicable interest in pop culture and knowledge of the esports/gaming landscape across all categories.
Facilitate and coordinate various detailoriented talent needs; prioritize and manage high volume of work.
Establish longterm/ trusted relationships with talents/ influencers/ agencies.
Support talents/ influencers/ agencies to improve their content performance and reputation.
Ongoing review of talent process and practices with an eye toward enhancing profitability and improving effectiveness
Ensure that the team is hitting monthly goals and be proactive when goals are in jeopardy by strategizing and implementing solutions.
Qualifications:
Proficient in English other languages are a plus
Ability to work across multiple timezones
Minimum 2 years experience in Talent Development and Management is preferred.
Strong communication skills phone email text message and in person
Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with a wide range of personality types.
Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
Must be commercially astute and able to work in a fastpaced fluid environment.
Established strong relationships within the influencer industry.
Ability to work collaboratively on crossfunctional teams.
Proven ability to identify relevant influencers and conduct effective outreach.
Strong project management skills with attention to detail
Oversee quality control and assurance of deliverables
Working hours: Mon to Fri 11am to 7pm
