Job Description:
The Talent Management and Learning & Development Manager role would encompass responsibilities for identifying attracting developing and retaining highpotential employees within our organization by designing and implementing comprehensive learning and development programs aligned with business goals fostering career progression and ensuring employees have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
Key responsibilities may include:
Talent Assessment and Identification:
Conduct performance reviews and talent analysis to identify highpotential employees and future leadership needs.
Develop and implement talent mapping strategies to understand the current and future skill gaps within the organization.
Learning and Development Strategy:
Design and execute comprehensive learning and development programs including onboarding leadership development technical training and soft skills development.
Partner with line managers to identify individual development needs and create personalized learning plans.
Training Delivery and Facilitation:
Deliver training programs both inperson and virtually utilizing various instructional methods like elearning workshops and mentoring.
Develop engaging and effective training materials aligned with learning objectives.
Career Development Planning:
Collaborate with employees and managers to create individual career development plans including potential career paths and necessary skills development.
Provide career coaching and guidance to support employee growth.
Performance Management:
Monitor employee performance against development goals and provide feedback to individuals and managers.
Integrate learning and development initiatives into performance management processes.
Metrics and Evaluation:
Track and measure the effectiveness of learning and development programs through learner feedback performance data and ROI analysis.
Continuously improve training programs based on evaluation results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication presentation and facilitation skills.
Proven experience in talent assessment development planning and performance management.
Ability to build strong relationships with employees managers and stakeholders across the organization.
Knowledge of HR practices and talent management strategies.
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm
