Senior Bilingual Acquisition Specialist
Our client in the mining industry is seeking a professional to support early talent recruitment initiatives for graduates and interns. Based in Montr al this role focuses on delivering recruitment services across the Americas collaborating with hiring managers regional partners and other stakeholders. What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $45 to $55 based on experience.
5month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment processes for various professional disciplines.
Screen resumes conduct phone interviews organize candidate interviews and coordinate psychometric testing requests.
Post job opportunities on internal systems and university platforms.
Collaborate with Regional Recruitment Partners to identify and attract potential candidates.
Perform administrative tasks and support related projects as needed.
What you will need to succeed:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Industrial Relations or a related field.
Bilingual fluency in English and French is essential as this role requires working with diverse candidates and coordinating recruitment efforts across French and Englishspeaking regions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Spanish proficiency is an asset.
Previous administrative experience; HR experience is highly valued.
Strong relationshipbuilding skills with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook) and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
Excellent organizational skills attention to detail and thoroughness.
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners outside Quebec in a global organization.
