Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detailoriented IT Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage data analysis techniques to provide actionable insights support decisionmaking processes and enhance business operations. You will work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver comprehensive reports and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect clean and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and patterns.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize data insights for stakeholders.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Conduct statistical analyses and create predictive models to support business objectives.

Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Monitor data quality and ensure the integrity of data used for analysis.

Stay updated on industry trends tools and best practices in data analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field.

Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).

Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with databases.

Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.

Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with machine learning and statistical analysis.

Knowledge of business intelligence tools and frameworks.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
