Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Technical Analyst (2 position ) to join our dynamic ITSO team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Contact Center technologies Telehealth systems and network security. This role requires handson experience with Cisco platforms IP Telephony and Internet technologies to ensure the seamless operation of our IT infrastructure.
Provide technical support and analysis for Contact Center operations.
Manage and maintain Cisco systems including CallManager and IP Telephony.
Implement and monitor security controls to safeguard IT assets.
Support Telehealth technologies ensuring high availability and performance.
Configure and manage DNS QoS NAT TCP/UDP HTTP SMTP and FTP protocols.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
Conduct cybersecurity assessments and implement best practices.
Document technical processes configurations and network diagrams.
Benefits
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Electronic Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 to 10 years or above experience in Contact Center technologies.
Proven expertise with Cisco systems and security controls.
Strong experience with Telehealth technology platforms.
Proficient in managing CallManager IP Telephony and DNS configurations.
Knowledge of QoS NAT TCP/UDP HTTP SMTP and FTP.
Good understanding and handson experience in cybersecurity practices.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Proactive approach to identifying and mitigating IT risks.
Preferred Certifications:
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or equivalent.
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is a plus.
