Job Description



Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director/Founder. The ideal candidate will manage the MDs calendar coordinate activities handle travel arrangements and ensure smooth daytoday operations. This role requires exceptional organizational skills professionalism and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Calendar Management:

Efficiently manage the MDs daily weekly and monthly schedules.
Organize meetings calls and appointments prioritizing tasks to meet business objectives.
Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts while ensuring optimal time management.

Travel Arrangements:
Plan and execute domestic and international travel including ticket bookings accommodation and transport.
Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure timely communication of plans.
Address lastminute travel changes with agility and efficiency.

Meeting Coordination:
Prepare agendas presentations and materials for meetings.
Record and distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items to ensure completion.
Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling meetings with internal and external stakeholders.

Correspondence and Communication:
Manage the MDs email inbox prioritizing and responding to correspondence as appropriate.
Draft professional emails letters and documents as required.
Facilitate seamless communication between the MD and various teams or stakeholders.

Task Management and FollowUp:
Track ongoing projects and activities ensuring timely updates and completion.
Assist in prioritizing tasks and reminding the MD of key deadlines and commitments.
Take ownership of assigned administrative and operational tasks.

Event and Activity Coordination:
Plan and organize events meetings and conferences for the Founders office.
Manage all event logistics guest lists and associated administrative tasks.

Office Administration:
Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality.
Maintain organized records and documentation for the Founders office.
Support with expense management and timely preparation of expense reports.

AdHoc Support:
Undertake special projects and research initiatives as directed by the MD.
Provide assistance in preparing reports data analysis and presentations as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (preferred).

Experience: 810 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Skills:

Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with travel and expense management tools.
High level of discretion and professionalism.

Personal Attributes:

Proactive problemsolving mindset with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a polished professional demeanor.

Work Environment:
Officebased role at Ridhira Living Pvt Ltd Nanakaramguda Hyderabad.
Flexibility to be available after office over phone or emails as needed to support the MDs schedules and priorities.
