Our client is an Engineering Procurement and Construction company with experience in stainless steel fabrication and industrial installations. They are currently looking to hire an Accountantto join their team. The ideal candidate must have a firm grasp of accounting financial practices/regulations and will ensure correct and accurate accounting of the company s financial transactions and operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage all financial transactions (fixed payments and variable expenses) and financial processes including invoicing system.
Budgeting.
Auditing of financial statements.
Reconciling bank statement.
Calculation of tax payments and returns.
Report on company financial health and liquidity (Monthly).
Prepare and design payment slips for staff s monthly salary payments.
Reconciling accounts payable and receivable.
Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Ensure transparency and effectiveness of the organization s financial records.
Tracking revenue from existing clients and new clients.
Manage important and confidential company documents.
Manage the company s database.
Coordinate and supervise activities of the admin officer and administrative roles.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Accounting or related field.
Minimum of 1 2 years relevant experience in the engineering sector.
Strong analytical communication and computer skills.
Proficient in the use of Excel and Accounting software.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to successfully communicate complex quantitative data to decisionmakers.
Understanding of mathematics accounting and financial processes.
Ethical behavior.
Financial Accounting.
Attention to detail.
