About the Role
The Onboarding & Training Manager is responsible for delivering a seamless onboarding experience and comprehensive training programs to Zenduit s customers and partners in both English and Spanishspeaking regions. This role ensures that clients and internal teams are equipped with the knowledge and tools to maximize Zenduit s telematics and SaaS solutions driving adoption satisfaction and longterm success.
Customer Onboarding:
Lead the endtoend onboarding process for new customers ensuring they are set up and operational with Zenduit and Geotab platforms.
Collaborate with implementation and support teams to address customerspecific needs during the onboarding phase.
Create personalized onboarding plans tailored to customer requirements including timelines resources and milestones.
Training Program Development:
Design deliver and manage training programs for customers partners and internal teams in both English and Spanish.
Develop multimedia training materials including video tutorials manuals webinars and interactive guides.
Regularly update training content to reflect product enhancements and new features.
Customer Success Enablement:
Equip customers with the skills and knowledge to use Zenduit s solutions effectively driving adoption and satisfaction.
Monitor onboarding progress and ensure customers achieve key milestones within defined timeframes.
Conduct followup sessions to address customer queries and provide additional guidance postonboarding.
Internal Training Support:
Collaborate with sales support and success teams to deliver ongoing training that enhances team capabilities.
Maintain an internal knowledge base for quick access to training materials and best practices.
Feedback Integration:
Gather feedback from trainees customers and stakeholders to continuously improve onboarding and training processes.
Use insights to refine training materials and adjust onboarding workflows.
Localization and Adaptation:
Ensure all training and onboarding materials are culturally and linguistically adapted for English and Spanishspeaking audiences.
Work with product and marketing teams to translate and localize resources as needed.
Metrics and Reporting:
Track onboarding completion rates training session attendance and participant engagement levels.
Report on the effectiveness of training programs highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Collaboration:
Partner with the LATAM Success and Implementation Manager product teams and channel partners to align training initiatives with regional and organizational goals.
Participate in customer and partner meetings to provide training insights and recommendations.
KPIs:
Onboarding Completion:
Ensure 95% of new customers complete onboarding within the agreed timeline.
Training Engagement:
Achieve >90% participation rate in scheduled training sessions.
Maintain a >90% satisfaction score from trainees for both English and Spanish programs.
Customer Adoption:
Increase product adoption rates among newly onboarded customers by 25% annually.
Content Localization:
Deliver fully localized training materials for English and Spanishspeaking regions within 30 days of product updates.
Feedback Integration:
Implement >90% of actionable feedback into updated training materials and processes.
Internal Training:
Conduct quarterly training refreshers for internal teams achieving >85% attendance and >90% satisfaction ratings.
TimetoValue Reduction:
Reduce the average time for customers to achieve value from Zenduit s solutions by 20% YoY.
Retention Support:
Contribute to maintaining a >95% customer retention rate by enhancing the onboarding and training experience.
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills is a must.
Proven experience in training onboarding or customer success preferably in telematics SaaS or technology industries.
Expertise in creating and delivering engaging training programs for diverse audiences.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in training tools and platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) video editing tools and webinar platforms.
Excellent interpersonal and cultural adaptability skills with the ability to connect with customers and teams across different regions.
Analytical mindset to measure program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Bonus if you also have:
Familiarity with telematics IoT or fleet management.
Experience working with the government or large enterprises.
Advanced Project Management certifications.
