Job Description
We are seeking a creative and driven Video Content Production Intern to join our team and make an impact through compelling visual storytelling. In this role you ll assist with the endtoend production of video content for social media webinars and podcasts. From preproduction planning to editing you ll help bring fresh and engaging ideas to life across platforms like TikTok Instagram YouTube and Facebook.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating engaging video content for social platforms including TikTok Instagram Reels YouTube (long and short formats) and YouTube Shorts.
- Support the recording and editing of podcasts and webinars.
- Plan develop and execute video and sound projects from concept to final product.
- Help organize and edit raw footage adding music sound effects voiceovers and other enhancements.
- Stay updated on social media trends and suggest creative ideas to incorporate them into content.
- Collaborate with team members to capture dynamic and engaging visuals.
- Assist in maintaining a smooth production workflow ensuring deadlines are met.

- A strong interest in social media content creation and video production.
- Familiarity with platforms like Facebook Instagram YouTube and TikTok.
- Basic skills in video filming and editing including knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar software.
- Eagerness to experiment with trends sounds and formats to engage audiences.
- A keen eye for detail and creativity in visual storytelling.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Enthusiasm for learning and collaborating in a fastpaced environment.

Requirements Proven experience in community management or similar roles, preferably in the luxury events, travel, or lifestyle industries. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead conversations and ask challenging questions. Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and visual storytelling. A proactive, outspoken personality who thrives on facilitating meaningful connections and conversations. Ability to handle feedback constructively and not shy away from difficult or critical discussions. Familiarity with social media platforms, forums, and digital community tools.
