This is a fulltime hybrid role (WFH available on Tues/Thurs) unless you arent in the greater PhoenixMetropolitan AZ area. If you are outside the Phoenix Metro area then it would be a fully remote role with a 1520% travel expectation for conferences and tradeshows.

The Marketing team at RTA is looking for a Product Marketing Manager. This person will play a critical role in driving the success of RTA s solutions by deeply understanding our market crafting compelling messaging and leading gotomarket strategies and enabling our teams to sell. The right team member will embrace curiosity storytelling and execution to elevate RTA s position as a leader in the fleet management space. Detailed Duties List:
Research and Intelligence
- Customer Insights: Conduct qualitative research to deeply understand buyers/users and drive gotomarket strategies.
- Competitive Insights: Deliver continuous competitive intelligence to support product vision positioning and campaigns.
Positioning
- Collaborate across teams to refine our product positioning and messaging to be clear and compelling in our competitive market.
- Analyze productmarket fit for our ideal customer profiles to ensure we are focused in the right markets sharpen gotomarket strategies and align teams.
- Audit and update website content to ensure consistent differentiated product messaging and ensure we are marketing our best features benefits and use cases.
- Communicate the value of our partnerships/integrations to prospects and customers.
- Develop and publish product demo videos workflow videos and imagery to showcase RTA Fleet360 throughout our marketing efforts.
Product and Feature Launches
- Align and excite the organization for launches while defining success metrics with the Product team.
- Project manage the launch process marketing strategy and tactics with clear deliverables launch tiers and expectations for each.
- Enable upsell/crosssell campaigns to increase revenue from existing customers.
Enablement
- Coown channel partnerships activation strategies in 2024 to drive pipeline and revenue growth.
- Address sales feedback and provide content/tools to fill gaps in the sales cycle.
- Develop enablement content (storytelling assets buyer enablement) aligned to the sales process.
- Manage and track asset usage message delivery and market response to ensure effectiveness.
