North Bay Building Products is a B2B distribution source. Businesses rely on our expertise to supply highquality building materials to Building Centers and Hardware Stores.

Position Summary

North Bay Building Products are hiring a Territory Manager to service the Southwest of Ontario Region. As Territory Manager you will be responsible for new business development managing customer relationships and promoting manufacturers programs.

Requirements:

  • Managing existing accounts while sourcing opportunities to create and increase sales.

  • Creating and generating new leads business opportunities and relationships.

  • Building strong business relationships with the individuals of your accounts.

  • Process inbound orders provide quotes and solve customer service issues.

  • Ensuring continued support for all company product lines.

  • Conducting information sessions with contractor salespeople.

  • Creating exposure in the market while maintaining and developing a positive brand image.

  • Managing and growing an assigned customer base using our Customer Relationship Management tools.

  • Comply with company policies pricing guidelines and industry standards.

  • Collaborate with other sales members and team leaders to increase sales

  • Foster a culture of highperformance teamwork and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
  • Experience in businessto business (B2B) sales preferably in the building materials industry servicing "bigbox" Building Centers and Hardware Stores.

  • Ability to work independently with a high standard for quality and attention to detail.

  • A collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment and extended hours which may be required from time to time.

  • A strong background of outside sales in the businesstobusiness market.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Flexibility to travel when required.
