Position Summary
North Bay Building Products are hiring a Territory Manager to service the Southwest of Ontario Region. As Territory Manager you will be responsible for new business development managing customer relationships and promoting manufacturers programs.
Requirements:
Managing existing accounts while sourcing opportunities to create and increase sales.
Creating and generating new leads business opportunities and relationships.
Building strong business relationships with the individuals of your accounts.
Process inbound orders provide quotes and solve customer service issues.
Ensuring continued support for all company product lines.
Conducting information sessions with contractor salespeople.
Creating exposure in the market while maintaining and developing a positive brand image.
Managing and growing an assigned customer base using our Customer Relationship Management tools.
Comply with company policies pricing guidelines and industry standards.
Collaborate with other sales members and team leaders to increase sales
Foster a culture of highperformance teamwork and customer satisfaction
Experience in businessto business (B2B) sales preferably in the building materials industry servicing "bigbox" Building Centers and Hardware Stores.
Ability to work independently with a high standard for quality and attention to detail.
A collaborative team player with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment and extended hours which may be required from time to time.
A strong background of outside sales in the businesstobusiness market.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to travel when required.
