Position Overview
In this role you will be responsible for setting up your clients for success by creating accurate search queries based on relevant keywords and Boolean operators according to their specifications. You will also take the lead in setting up trial projects for potential clients collaborating closely with commercial teams and key client contacts to define project parameters and scope.
You will report directly to the Project Manager and collaborate with the Client Services team to facilitate the onboarding process for new clients as well as manage and optimize ongoing client profiles.
Given that our clients are based in the APAC region proficiency in written English and Chinese is required. Selected candidates will need to complete a language translation test.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and configure media monitoring projects for clients on our platform based on the provided requirements
- Conduct research on clientspecified topics to identify relevant keywords
- Assist the Project Manager in developing search queries with Boolean operators for project configurations
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Client Services team to manage and optimize clients media monitoring profiles
- Review and enhance existing client profiles to ensure the media intelligence collected is relevant and accurate
- Handle and resolve tickets raised by team members in the APAC region
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to focus on highpriority tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Proficiency in written English and Chinese
- Additional language proficiency in other key Asian languages (such as Malay Indonesian Vietnamese Korean Japanese etc.) is advantageous
- Familiarity with Boolean operators is a plus
- 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience
