Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and maintaining electrical systems and components to meet project specifications safety standards and client requirements. This role involves collaboration with multidisciplinary teams problemsolving and ensuring the successful implementation of electrical systems across various projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Development:
- Design develop and test electrical systems and components.
- Prepare electrical schematics blueprints and technical drawings using CAD software.
- Develop project specifications and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Project Management:
- Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute electrical installations.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while adhering to budget constraints.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure required materials.
- Installation and Maintenance:
- Supervise the installation and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Perform regular inspections troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical equipment.
- Ensure all systems operate efficiently and address any issues promptly.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Develop and implement safety protocols for electrical installations.
- Conduct risk assessments and safety audits as needed.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical guidance to clients and team members.
- Support troubleshooting efforts and recommend solutions to resolve technical issues.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years of experience in electrical engineering or a similar role.
- Proficiency in CAD software and electrical design tools.
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Project management skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.
- Experience with renewable energy systems automation or power distribution.
- Familiarity with modern electrical testing equipment.
Working Conditions:
- Work may involve site visits requiring the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Occasional travel to project sites may be required.
