- Monday to Friday 9am 6pm Canberra Time with 1hour unpaid break
About the Client:
The client is a mortgage broker company based in Canberra ACT Australia. They specialize in providing a wide range of financing options to assist individuals in finding the best mortgage solutions tailored to their needs and budget.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with loan processing application followups and documentation.
Manage communication with clients and lenders.
Support the mortgage broker in administrative tasks and scheduling.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Broker Assistant or similar role in an Australian mortgage company
- Experience in AOL (Apply Online)
- Worked as Loan Processor / Virtual Assistant for an Australian broker previously and can take an application from Submission through to Settlement.
- Experience with dealing with Settlement agents (FMS Dentons Galilee etc) Including calling and discussing the application with them over the phone.
- Experience dealing with Lender Credit Assessors
- Proactive and efficient at multitasking
- Experience with communicating with clients; with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detailoriented with strong analytical abilities.
- Has experience in using CRM from Finsure Connective Vow SFG preferred.
- Higher level rather than data collection; Someone who is assessing rather than just collecting
Ideal to have:
- Experience in communicating with clients via phone (most prefer only email not phone calls. It would be ideal to have someone that doesn t shy away from a quick hello to introduce themselves to the client.
