This is a remote position but we are looking for someone who can be close to our clients in Mexico.
The Izo World team is seeking a CX Account Executive for our business unit focused on Employee Experience within Izo Corporate.
This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously respond quickly to client and team requests and maintain a proactive approach to support the team at all times.

Your main responsibilities will include:
- Reporting directly to our Sales Manager.
- Contacting potential clients to sell CX consulting services in the Mexican territory.
- Becoming a product and market expert in Customer Experience (CX) consulting to lead conversations with prospects and potential clients.
- Supporting the positioning of Izo as a leading Customer Experience authority.
- Effectively communicating the value proposition focusing on a sales process based on Growth Sales & Marketing methodologies and tools.
- Qualifying potential clients and converting leads into contacts.
- Achieving the sales objectives for the Izo World area.
- Coordinating and selling ad hoc proposals upon request.
- Preparing dashboards and sales reports for various accounts and opportunities.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who enjoys growing professionally and is proactive with a positive innovative mindset proactivity and a "rollupyoursleeves" attitude are essential
ESSENTIAL: A client portfolio in Mexico.
- Bachelor s degree in Administration Sales Management Business or related fields.
- Proficiency in customer management tools: Zoho CRM.
- Advanced level of Excel Word PowerPoint (Microsoft Office) and experience designing Sales Reports Dashboards and Management Boards.
- Goaloriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and meeting deadlines.
- Sales Mindset: Critical thinking and strong problemsolving skills working independently.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and clients simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills.
- A network of contacts in the Latin American market.
- Previous experience in Commercial Customer Service or Business Development departments.
Ideally you ll also have
- Work experience particularly in selling consulting projects.
- Advanced English.
