Job Description
Business Planning
Develop and execute the Field Sales business plan for the assigned territory.
Monitor and manage the KPIs of both the Field Sales Team and the Field Sales Agency (if applicable).
Ensure the achievement of predefined KPI targets including store coverage distribution additional store placements cashier coolers Perfect Store implementation and more.
Oversee promotional execution ensuring all promotions are in place and running effectively from day one
Field Tools & Data Management
Ensure the Field Team has access to all necessary information to perform their roles effectively.
Verify the correct usage of all relevant Field Sales tools.
Oversee the accurate input of audit data by the team and utilize audit reports to identify and address areas for team development.
Store Universe Coverage
Define the relevant store universe to be covered by the Field Sales Team.
Support the team in expanding the store universe through active selling implementing the Perfect Store Concept and utilizing a rotating coverage model.
Team Management
Clearly define job roles for the Field Team ensuring alignment with agreedupon working practices.
Continuously measure and review team performance against the KPI targets for the territory.
Coaching and Development
Train and develop the team to maximize individual contributions and potential leveraging the global Field Sales Training Curriculum.
Conduct regular infield coaching through joint store visits
Qualifications :
University Degree
Advanced English
A proven track record of minimum 4 years professional experience in FMCG companies.
Functional experience in Trade Marketing/Field Sales/Consumer Marketing
Leadership motivation and team skills
Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience with Field Sales Tools
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
