- Understand and Engagement in capacity planning
- Onboard and upskill right talent
- Understand transition plan scope & timeline
- Understand Ongoing projects & Test phase timelines and engagement
- Assess Available Knowledge base (Incidents/Documents/Recorded Sessions)
- Map analysis from existing knowledge base to transition plan and ensure execution of the same at every level
- Understanding Code Management Development Standards
Understand current model and critical role of Development team to support quality phases. - Document proof of understanding unknowns & risks
- 50% Technical
- 50% Management
