Required Leadership Competencies
- Program Management
- Executive stakeholder management. Concise consistent and timely communication and escalation
- Strategic: Understands how their program/project impacts the company strategy and uses that as a basis for decisionmaking
- Leadership. Collaborate and influence diverse stakeholders. Has courage to speak up and challenge the status quo.
- General knowledge of IT infrastructure products and applications.
- General knowledge/experience of Insurance Industry.
- Language: Fluent in Japanese. Business level English
