Job Description
- Engage with business users to gather analyze and document detailed business requirements for the EDW project.
- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the IT team ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Use SQL to perform data analysis write complex queries and support data extraction and transformation processes.
- Support the design development and execution of ETL processes using SSIS to integrate data into the EDW.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity within the EDW to ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues with ETL processes.
- Collaborate with Data Architects and ETL developers to optimize data pipelines and ensure efficient data integration.
- Participate in testing including user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure business requirements are met.
- Provide ongoing support and enhancements to the system after deployment.
Requirements
- 9 years of experience in IT with a strong background in healthcare systems and data management.
- Proficient in SQL for complex data queries reporting and manipulation.
- Handson experience with ETL tools particularly SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
- Strong understanding of healthcare data standards such as HIPAA ICD10 HL7 and other healthcarerelated data formats.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze business processes and provide datadriven recommendations to improve decisionmaking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Proven experience in working on EDW projects and managing data integration efforts.
