Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding a Senior Project Manager with Healthcare experience to their Milwaukee team!
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate project requirements and assist with ownerarchitect negotiations to achieve an acceptable agreement including fee and schedule
- Complete projects on schedule and within budget
- Achieve maximum client satisfaction
- Negotiate critical issues with all parties involved (architects engineers and outside stakeholders)
- Understand healthcare terminology related to services departments and building types needed
- Manage project design with specific healthcare needs in mind
- Monitor quality of construction documents to ensure project stays on time and within budget
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Develop discipline cost and workhour budgets and monitor throughout project
- Oversee correspondence/pertinent documents for accuracy appropriate signatures and legal counsel if needed
- Review/evaluate contractor bids and assist with recommendations
- Assist with business development including proposal development
Requirements:
- Licensure preferred
- 12 years of experience working on complex healthcare projects
- Understanding of the healthcare industry (clinical innovation operational improvement planning and strategic positioning)
- Experience with Lean and Evidencebased design preferred
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD Revit SketchUp and other industry related software
- Working knowledge of Project Manager software and Microsoft Office products
Salary is commensurate with experience.
