Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and resultsdriven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and achieving sales targets. The role requires excellent communication negotiation and problemsolving skills along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Development:

Identify and qualify potential customers through market research and networking.

Present promote and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.

Understand customer needs and provide solutions to address them effectively.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships.

Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and complaints ensuring satisfaction.

Provide regular updates to customers on new products services and promotions.

3. Sales Execution:

Achieve agreedupon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.

Create detailed sales plans to meet monthly quarterly and annual goals.

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.

4. Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.

Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback.

Use CRM software to track and document all customer interactions and sales activities.

5. Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on strategies and campaigns.

Attend training sessions sales meetings and industry events to stay updated on trends and best practices.



Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience as a sales representative or similar role.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Selfmotivated and goaloriented with a resultsdriven approach.

Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience s needs.

Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in B2B sales or the relevant industry.

Knowledge of the company s products or services.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Experience in B2B marketing or sales, ideally in a similar industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues. Understanding of marketing concepts, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging. Knowledge of marketing automation tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other marketing technologies. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, including developing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives. Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and content marketing strategies. Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas and strategies. Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
