Our product is being adopted rapidly globally and we need the best people onboard the team to accelerate our growth.

Our unified marketing measurements platform empowers modern marketers to make better decisions using MultiTouch Attribution Marketing Mix Modelling Incrementality Testing and Causal AI.

Position Overview:

At Lifesight we seek an experienced Recruiter to drive Tech and nontech hiring. This role requires someone capable of independently managing endtoend recruitment while building strong stakeholder relationships and optimising processes.

What you ll do:

Independently manage the full recruitment cycle across Tech and nontechnical roles.

Harness the power of data and analytics to measure the efficacy of our recruitment efforts identify areas for improvement and optimise our strategies accordingly.

Ensuring timely and highquality hires.

Collaborate seamlessly with crossfunctional teams and hiring managers aligning talent acquisition efforts with our overarching business objectives.

Source and attract top talent leveraging expertise in B2B SaaS hiring.

Ensuring process efficiency and a seamless candidate experience.



Requirements

Required skills

Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

Ability to build & analyze reports.

Have strong candidate interviewing skills.

Understanding of recruitment process & systems.

Processoriented: Demonstrable commitment to defining documenting and following processes and workflows

You are perfect for the role if you have

5 years of talent acquisition experience with expertise in Tech & Nontech hiring.

Startup exposure is a musthave. ( SaaS Preferred )

Proven ability to manage complex recruitment processes and senior stakeholders.

Strong problemsolving communication and leadership skills.

Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and balance strategic and operational responsibilities.
