Job Description
Our client in the digital services sector is seeking to hire a Human Resource Generalist to lead and develop the workforce from the ground up with the goal of transforming the brands into a unified and powerful entity.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit onboard and manage senior management and lowlevel staff across our brands.
- Blend and harmonize new hires with our existing teams to create a unified workforce.
- Develop and implement HR strategies policies and procedures that align with our company s goals.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor employee performance and provide growth opportunities.
Requirements
- The ideal candidate should have experience building an HR structure from the ground up and implementing effective systems.
- This person will work closely with the group company must be techsavvy and have a strong eye for talent.
- Ability to use relevant HR software is essential.
- The candidate should reside on the island for easy proximity to work.
- Knowledge of recruitment onboarding and performance management is required.
- Industry Preference: Open but the candidate must be experienced and techsavvy.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
