Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Fund Raiser for CSR Initiatives to join our team and support our Pan India operations. As a Fund Raiser you will be responsible for generating funds from Corporate organizations aligning with their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Goals. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate donors stakeholders collaborating with internal and external partners and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Additionally you will play a key role in networking with potential donors and sponsors as well as preparing and delivering comprehensive reports on fund raising activities.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Fund Raiser or in a similar role
- Indepth understanding of CSR initiatives and corporate social responsibility
- Strong skills in fund raising and relationship management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners
- Knowledge of compliance requirements related to fund raising activities
- Excellent reporting and communication abilities
- Proven networking capabilities within the industry
- Market Research abilities staying updated on CSR Trends & Industry developments
- Analyzing competitors fund raising strategies and identify best practices
Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work Business Administration or a related field.
Experience:
3 years of experience in fundraising CSR or corporate partnerships.
