We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Supervisor to join our team. This role is pivotal in overseeing multiple departments and ensuring seamless collaboration between onsite and remote teams with a focus on improving operational efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coordination
Supervise and support Project Managers Installers Service Technicians and the Service Coordinator.
Coordinate team efforts to ensure efficient project planning resource allocation and timely execution.
Provide guidance on operational priorities while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Operational Oversight
Manage processes related to upselling services scheduling measurements and general operational planning.
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to establish and monitor departmental goals ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Work closely with the OnSite Supervisor (OSS) to address any onsite issues requiring highlevel intervention.
Customer & Project Coordination
Oversee the scheduling and management of installations ensuring smooth communication between customers office staff and field teams.
Implement improvements to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues proactively.
Ensure that all postinstallation processes (excluding onsite troubleshooting) are efficiently handled by the team.
ProblemSolving & Continuous Improvement
Identify and resolve bottlenecks in workflows focusing on longterm operational improvements.
Develop and refine procedures to enhance efficiency across departments and reduce inefficiencies.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain accurate and thorough records of all projects team activities and customer interactions.
Provide regular reports to the Operations Manager highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
What We re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 12 years in a supervisory or management role preferably within the construction home improvement or windows and doors industry.
Skills: Exceptional communication organizational and leadership abilities.
ProblemSolving: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on realtime solutions.
