About the Role
Platinum Talent is seeking a Foreman for a leading manufacturing operation in Chamdor Krugersdorp. The role is responsible for supervising daily production activities ensuring quality standards safety compliance and effective resource management while maintaining high team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Oversight:
- Plan organize and manage daily production to meet schedules and targets.
- Monitor workflows troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
- Team Supervision:
- Lead mentor and manage production staff to ensure high productivity.
- Assign tasks monitor performance and hold regular team briefings.
- Quality Control:
- Ensure all products meet quality standards through regular inspections.
- Address defects and inconsistencies promptly.
- Safety and Compliance:
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Conduct safety training and report incidents or hazards.
- Equipment and Maintenance:
- Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of production metrics and inventory usage.

Minimum Requirements
- Education:
- Matric / N3 (Tertiary qualification advantageous).
- Experience:
- Demonstrable experience in a manufacturing/production Foreman role.
- Proven supervisory experience.
