Job Description
Black & Grey HR has partnered with a premier real estate development company in KSA. Our client is seeking a CEO who will spearhead the organization s strategic vision and overall operations driving impactful real estate developments aligned with market trends and the evolving Riyadh real estate landscape. Your responsibilities will include identifying highpotential opportunities leading business growth initiatives enhancing the organization s brand reputation and fostering strong relationships with investors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute the company s strategic vision to position it as a leader in the real estate sector.
Analyze market trends and provide highlevel recommendations on lucrative real estate development opportunities in Saudi Arabia.
Identify asset types to maximize profitability ensuring alignment with market demand and specific budgets.
Oversee the creation of investment files feasibility studies and financial models for stakeholders.
Lead the planning execution and successful delivery of highquality real estate projects in collaboration with construction and architectural teams.
Build and strengthen relationships with investors clients and industry stakeholders to secure partnerships and expand business opportunities.
Champion brand enhancement initiatives to solidify the company s reputation in the real estate industry.
Drive business development efforts by identifying and securing new projects and strategic partnerships.
Ensure operational efficiency while maintaining compliance with legal regulatory and industry standards.
Represent the organization at key industry forums and events showcasing its vision and capabilities.
Oversee contracts procurement and collaboration with external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Inspire lead and mentor teams fostering a highperformance collaborative culture.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Real Estate Development Civil Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Master s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
Chartered Professional Engineering certification or equivalent is preferred.
15 years of experience in the real estate sector with proven expertise in senior leadership project management and real estate development.
Strong experience in delivering largescale projects in the Riyadh market.
Exceptional financial acumen with expertise in preparing investment files feasibility studies and market analysis.
Outstanding leadership negotiation and communication skills.
