Job Description
As a Fulltime Bookkeeper you ll be integral to the financial operations of a thriving staffing and recruiting powerhouse. Managing a substantial volume of 600800 monthly invoices for both accounts payable and receivable you ll leverage cuttingedge time tracking systems and accounting software to ensure smooth financial transactions. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your expertise in a fastpaced international business setting working with multiple currencies and diverse client bases. Responsibilities
- Process and manage 600800 monthly invoices for AP and AR with meticulous attention to detail
- Verify consultant hours against sophisticated time tracking systems ensuring accuracy before invoice processing
- Generate and distribute client invoices complete with detailed timesheets
- Operate and optimize QuickBooks Desktop with potential involvement in transitioning to the online version
- Perform account reconciliations and prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements
- Handle international transactions and currency conversions with precision
- Collaborate with multiple departments to streamline financial processes and support business growth
Requirements
- Proven proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop with readiness to adapt to QuickBooks Online
- Advanced Excel skills for efficient data management and analysis
- Demonstrated experience in highvolume invoice processing and financial data handling
- Familiarity with time tracking systems and hour verification processes
- Excellent command of English both written and verbal for clear communication
- Flexibility to align with PST (Pacific Standard Time) business hours
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a remote work environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is a significant advantage
- Commitment to data security and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
- Experience with Canadian Taxation preferred but not required
