JOB SUMMARY
Are you passionate about travel and helping people As a Travel Coordinator you ll assist customers with their travel needs through phone chat and email. Using the Sabre system you ll handle bookings changes cancellations and other requests to ensure a smooth and hasslefree experience for every traveler.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide helpful and friendly support to customers via phone chat and email.
- Listen to customer requests answer questions and assist with travel bookings and changes.
- Share clear and accurate information about fares airline policies and travel restrictions.
- Process booking adjustments like changes cancellations and credits with care.
- Help customers with refunds using simple tools and working directly with airlines and agents when needed.
- Handle travel documents like tickets and itineraries making sure everything is correct and sent on time.
- Resolve customer concerns and find solutions ensuring a positive outcome.
Requirements
- Experience using the Sabre system for ticketing and booking (required).
- Familiarity with revalidations reissues and travel documents like EMDs.
- Comfortable working with airlines or wholesalers to resolve issues when needed.
- Background in IATA is a bonus but not required!
