The Project Coordinator at DemandLab will support the Client Services team in managing daytoday operations focusing on coordinating resources meetings and information to ensure project goals are met. This role involves maintaining project management systems monitoring team and client utilization managing tasks facilitating general project communication and generating reports for both internal and client needs.Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management:
- Facilitate client meetings create and distribute agendas schedule meetings and document meeting notes.
- Manage task updates using Asana handle client requests and maintain communication schedules.
- Assist with client onboarding monthly reconciliations postmortems and offboarding processes.
- Coordinate vendor deliverables and review outsourced work.
- Project Support:
- Maintain project plans timelines and budgets in Asana.
- Update and close projects ensuring task statuses are current across systems.
- Operations Support:
- Build and maintain internal process documentation presentations and reports.
- Manage Google Drive folders team schedules and resource capacity.
- Support internal meetings and events and assist in developing operational processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree with at least 2 years of project coordination experience preferably in a global or B2B marketing environment.
- Proficiency in GSuite Microsoft Office Microsoft Teams and task management tools like Asana.
- Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills with attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g. CAPM) is a plus.
