Key Responsibilities:
- Administer all fiscal activities including accounting payroll budgeting purchasing billing financial reporting banking investments and debt management.
- Ensure compliance with federal state and local financial regulations adhering to IFRS rules and guidelines.
- Prepare assemble and analyze financial data to create comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Present detailed monthly quarterly and annual financial reports to the executive team.
- Supervise and evaluate the performance of subordinate accounting personnel fostering a culture of excellence.
- Plan coordinate and manage the company s accounting system and debt service implementing effective asset management strategies.
- Oversee banking transactions including wire transfers funds management and investments while administering contracts with financial entities.
- Approve payments review invoices and verify purchase order authorizations for accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with purchasing laws by reviewing purchasing procedures.
- Prepare and present annual financial and budget statements in line with IFRS requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments on budget preparation implementation and financial system improvements.
- Administer payroll review utility billing reports and authorize account adjustments when necessary.
- Stay updated on trends and developments in financial administration to maintain best practices.
- Represent the company s financial interests at management and executive meetings.
- Generate correspondence and compile detailed financial reports and summaries as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support company objectives.
Requirements
- A Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- Professional certification (e.g. ICAN ACCA CPA) is mandatory.
- A minimum of Eight years of experience in a senior financial management role.
- Indepth knowledge of IFRS and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. SAP QuickBooks) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Exceptional leadership organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
