IT Support Engineer Join Our Dynamic Team in Zagreb!
Are you passionate about technology and problemsolving We re looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional onsite and deskside support in a collaborative and fastpaced environment at our Zagreb location.

What You ll Do:
- Solve IT Challenges: Build configure and troubleshoot PC/laptop hardware install Gold images and resolve technical issues with ease.
- Master Modern Tools: Work with Windows 7/10/11 Office 365 applications and Microsoft SCCM to keep systems running smoothly.
- Support Mobility and Connectivity: Assist with Android and iOS devices and maintain essential peripherals like printers scanners and video conferencing equipment.
- Keep Data Safe: Perform data backup and restoration manage cable systems rack and stack data center equipment and handle tape changes.
- Engage with People: Use your strong communication skills in English and Croatian to deliver excellent customer support.
Requirements
What We re Looking For:
- Certified Talent:
- Required: CompTIA A and Network certifications.
- Preferred: Microsoft MCP MCITP or MCSE certifications.
- Required: CompTIA A and Network certifications.
- Tech Savvy: A solid understanding of IT systems hardware and software.
- Proactive Problem Solver: Someone who can work independently prioritize tasks and deliver results.
- Customer Focused: A professional with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
