Job Description
Overall Objective of the Job
The BIM Modeler is responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models of the built environment transforming design concepts into accurate intelligent models. These models serve as the foundation for the BIM process providing realtime updates and integrated data to streamline decisionmaking throughout the project lifecycle. The BIM Modeler ensures that models comply with industry standards and project requirements.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Model Development and Maintenance
Use BIM software to create and maintain detailed 3D models for architectural structural and MEP disciplines.
Ensure that all models comply with industry standards project requirements and regulations.
Clash Detection and Issue Resolution
Execute clash detection to identify design conflicts and collaborate with team members to resolve issues.
Discuss and address any discrepancies or design issues that arise during the modeling process.
Collaboration and Coordination
Work closely with AEC professionals and stakeholders to ensure coordinated and accurate designs.
Participate in project meetings to communicate model updates changes and potential issues.
Model Revisions and Quality Checks
Update and revise models based on feedback and project changes.
Perform regular quality checks to ensure models are accurate complete and uptodate.

Requirements
Job Requirements
Educational Level/Required Certificates:
Bachelor s degree in Architecture Engineering or related field.
Experience
35 years of experience working with BIM preferably in project coordination or management.
