How will this impact your role
You will be one of the change catalysts ensuring the success of transformational programs such as:
Digital transformation of employees hire to retire cycle (Workday implementation project)
Teachers professional development path design and implementation project
Preparation for the next school year (organizational review recruitment onboarding)
As our HR Business Partner youll be at the heart of our organizations growth journey. Working closely with school leaders youll spearhead recruitment efforts for both academic and nonacademic staff. Your expertise will be instrumental in crafting and implementing onboarding programs to ensure every new member has a seamless and successful start. With a population of approximately 200 staff and managers youll serve as a pivotal point of contact guiding them through a smooth and enriching employee journey.
