- Ensure client deliverables are prepared accurately and with a high level of detail
- Monitoring the timing and quality of client deliverables
- Assist the fund accounting personnel with plans for new client setups reporting and reconciliation
- Strive to perform high quality work and reduce the need for revisions
- Perform a selfreview of client reports before submitting to supervisor for review
- Strive to provide overall client satisfaction
- Respond to all client queries promptly. When unsure of answers seek guidance from a supervisor and make sure that client
- queries are resolved in a satisfactory manner
- Preparation of historical fund data G/L entry analysis of client accounts and performance of account reconciliations
- Reconcile cash accounts to bank statements identifying and resolving differences
- Assist clients with vendor selection (billpay payroll expense management etc.)
- Reconcile corporate credit cards and manage expense allocations and reimbursements
- Manage AP processing including invoice/support review and electronic payment
- Prepare and track invoices to affiliated entities (portfolio companies Funds other GP entities etc.)
- Work closely with fund accounting team to ensure appropriate intercompany transactions between the fund and related
- Maintain capital account roll forward
- Perform monthend close processes/financial statements preparation and ensure completion of all control checks per SOC
- Critically review client accounts to assess risks and possible misstatements. Identify issues arising from completeness
- accuracy valuation of assets and presentation of financial information
- Review all key legal documents and identify possible accounting or administrative implementation issues
- Develop a thorough technical knowledge of each corporate entity to ensure high quality client service
- Assist in yearend audit/tax liaison process and coordinate audit and financial statement preparation process
- Prepare Year End supporting schedules for external auditors and draft financial statements for a selection of clients
- Ensure high touch communication with all audit/tax contacts and verify accuracy of all internally prepared support provided

- Alert supervisors when down time is experienced
- Keep an accurate time log and record all time spent on client engagements
- Have a willingness to work extra hours as necessary to meet client expectations and deadlines
- Contribute to a team environment and provide support to supervisor
- Contribute to internal project initiatives regarding new product development testing and implementation.
Team Lead Duties:
Establish and execute processes and procedures
Establish and manage the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Monitor and evaluate all processes and implement improvement to ensure customer clients receive appropriate and highquality services as committed
Perform daily and monthly auditing of work processes
Monitor and assist team members in the daily operation aspects of the project including reviewing the status and performance against targets performing root cause analysis of variances and making improvements to meet the targets
Coach guide and train team members by providing creative ideas and ways on how to carry out the respective tasks towards providing excellent service
Provide assistance to team members in accordance with established practices and procedures
Provide reports as agreed with the Customer

Job Requirements and Credentials:
Essential (MUST HAVE)
- 13 years Team Lead experience
- 23 years relevant experience working as a Corporate Accountant
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s/College Degree in Accounting
- Must be a Certified Public Accountant
- Candidate must have and applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting procedures related to bookkeeping and accounting for operating companies
- Must have strong English verbal and written communication skills
- Able to meet challenging client requirements and provide services while possessing strong communication interpersonal analytical and research abilities
