We are looking for someone who:
- Has bachelors degree with Education (B.ed) and Bachelors/masters degree in Science.
- Has Minimum experience of 2 to 5 years.
- Are located in City Etah.
- Has high level of success in teaching across school children.
- Has strong Interpersonal communication written and spoken English
- Is enthusiastic imaginative and forward thinking
- Can inspire motivate and engage children to achieve and succeed
- Can form positive relationships with Children staff and parents
About the role:
Teaching:
- Plan and teach wellstructured lessons to assigned classesfollowing the schools plans curriculum and scheme of work
- Assessmonitor record and report on the learning needs progress and achievement of assigned students making accurate and productive use of assessments
- Adapt teaching to respond to the strength and needs of students
- Set high expectations which inspire motivate and challenge students.
- Promote good progress and outcome by students
- Demonstrate good subject and curriculum knowledge
- Participate in arrangements for preparing students for external and internal tests
Organization Strategy and Development
- Contribute to the development implementation and evaluation of the schools policies practices and procedures to support the schools values and vision
- Make a positive contribution to the wider life and ethos of the school
- Work with other teaching staff on curriculum and students development to secure coordinated outcomes
- Play the role of substitute teachers in an unforeseen circumstances that another teacher is unable to teach.
Professional Development
- Take part in the Schools appraisal process
- Take part in further Training and Development in order to improve your own Teaching.
Bachelor s Degree in Marketing, Communication, Education, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in admissions, counseling, or a similar role in an educational institution. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. A friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for helping families find the right educational fit.
