Responsibilities

Sales Development

  • Proactively identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry segment.
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through existing customers prospecting cold calling and networking.
  • Present tailored products and valuedriven solutions to potential clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly quarterly and annually).

Client Rapport Building and Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct onsite visits to understand client needs operations and opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries troubleshooting and followups.

Product Expertise

  • Maintain an indepth knowledge of Uniking s product offerings and their applications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends competitor products and emerging market opportunities.

Territory Management

  • Implement a strategic sales approach tailored to your territory s unique needs.
  • Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Director.

Collaboration & Innovation

  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Share customer feedback to contribute to product and process enhancements.

Qualifications

  • 2 5 years of experience in B2B outside sales or in a related field.
  • Proven ability to negotiate communicate and present effectively.
  • Selfmotivated organized and resultsoriented.
  • A collaborative team player with an upbeat attitude and a drive to grow.

Education

  • Postsecondary education: Bachelor s degree in Business Agriculture or a related field is preferred.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.

Role Structure

  • Reporting To: Sales Director
  • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Client retention and satisfaction scores.
  • Progress in training milestones and product knowledge.
  • Revenue contribution and territory growth.
