Responsibilities
Sales Development
- Proactively identify qualify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned industry segment.
- Build a robust sales pipeline through existing customers prospecting cold calling and networking.
- Present tailored products and valuedriven solutions to potential clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly quarterly and annually).
Client Rapport Building and Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct onsite visits to understand client needs operations and opportunities.
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries troubleshooting and followups.
Product Expertise
- Maintain an indepth knowledge of Uniking s product offerings and their applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends competitor products and emerging market opportunities.
Territory Management
- Implement a strategic sales approach tailored to your territory s unique needs.
- Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Director.
Collaboration & Innovation
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
- Share customer feedback to contribute to product and process enhancements.
Qualifications
- 2 5 years of experience in B2B outside sales or in a related field.
- Proven ability to negotiate communicate and present effectively.
- Selfmotivated organized and resultsoriented.
- A collaborative team player with an upbeat attitude and a drive to grow.
Education
- Postsecondary education: Bachelor s degree in Business Agriculture or a related field is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
