Position Summary:
Our esteemed client is a leading FitOut & TurnKey Contracting Firm that is renowned for its expertise in the construction & fitout field for its Quality Timeliness & Attention to Detail. We are urgently looking for Site Supervisors with extensive experience in flatout interiors specifically in commercial buildings and offices. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience in interior fitout projects particularly in commercial buildings and office spaces.
- Supervise daily site operations manage subcontractors and ensure smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain highquality standards across all aspects of the project.
- Coordinate project schedules and provide regular progress updates to management.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 5 years of handson experience in the GCC (Saudi Arabia Qatar Bahrain UAE etc.). Candidates without GCC experience need not apply.
- Proven experience with a construction company specializing in renovation interior fitout and related projects.
- Experience managing small to mediumsized projects such as restaurants cafes pharmacies home renovations retail outlets and similar works.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and teams.
