Job Description: Sales Manager Life Insurance
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 6 months of experience in life insurance sales management retail banking distribution cooperative banks channel management or DSA relationship management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and a regional language (mandatory) and demonstrate a proven ability to achieve sales targets while managing and nurturing channel partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Achievement of Premiums and Policies:
- Meet and exceed premium and policy number targets consistently.
- Ensure minimum 70% activation of the assigned Channel Partners.
Channel Partner Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners ensuring retention and sustained business growth.
- Provide support and training to channel partners for effective sales execution.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve designated partner targets.
- Analyze training needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance partner performance.
Relationship Building:
- Establish and strengthen relationships with retail banks cooperative banks DSA networks and other channel partners.
- Regularly engage with partners to address concerns motivate performance and foster loyalty.
Sales Planning and Monitoring:
- Conduct regular planning to ensure smooth sales operations and achievement of business goals.
- Monitor partner performance and provide timely feedback and actionable insights.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in life insurance sales retail banking channel management or a related field.
- Languages: Fluency in English and a regional language is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on training and performance management.
